The service does not verify the debt, search title, record documents, mail notices, or represent you in court. A recorder's acceptance does not establish that a lien is enforceable. Review disputed dates, contract tiers, residential protections, and required language with a construction attorney.

Three steps from records to download

  1. Gather your inputs. Use the form checklist to organize ownership, property description, invoices, credits, contract parties, and furnishing dates.
